Celebrating 6 Years
of Screening Life Changing Documentaries
Hello and welcome back to our much loved community health initiative and brand NEW 2015 Film Series “Movies That Matter GC”. Thank you for your incredible support over our fantastic 6 years both at The Arts Centre Gold Coast and more recently The LOHAS Precinct inside the Great Hall at Burleigh Heads State School.
This year is the year for serious change, and we are not talking just about the weather! Enough of our political circus, media madness, environmental pollution and neglect - it all stops here! We the PEOPLE, will lead the way for a better life on the Gold Coast by becoming a conscious consumer, caring community member and healers to all generations. Nothing is more certain, the power is and always has been in your hands.
Families are wanting to learn how to live off the grid, save money on utilities, fuel, housing, grow their own food, be their own doctors and get to know your neighbour once more…we are a tribe of humans who are deeply kind and caring but have little time to show others how to do this.
Join us for our 89th film, an unforgettable night, that will take us around the world in one night, on the BIG screen amongst a community who are inspiring, creative, motivated through film - friendship and wholefood! Our interactive health shopping shop, affectionately known as THE LOHAS Precinct, is found at your local Burleigh Heads Sate School hall, we serve you a big bowl of friendship, love in a cup, whole foods, health beers, organic farmers and honest natural doctors opened every Saturday. We look forward to meeting you, knowing you and healing you.
"We are a non government, independent, community health initiative driven to change the way we eat, drink and think. We create healthy sustainable communities supporting a local living economy that will nourish families forever!"
